Canon Abilities:

* Cursed Energy: Kokichi can not just manipulate and sense cursed energy, make assessments based on it but he can store his cursed energy, like a battery. There is no limit to how much he can store. Current storage: 9 years, 5 months, 6 days.

* Heavenly Pact: A pact and restriction formed before his birth, Kokichi's massive cursed energy and storage is born from this. It also makes his day to day use cost less, and gives him his range of the size of Japan for how far his cursed energy/puppets can spread.

* Puppet Manipulation: Kokichi can create puppets called cursed corpses with his cursed energy and manipulate them. He can see and hear through them, and use them as a proxy. The only limitations are his cursed energy. The creation of the puppets requires Kokichi to understand how they would work and what he needs to make what he wants to have happen.

* Cursed corpse: With his proxy puppets he can do just about anything a typical robot can. It acts as a proxy, and it's how Kokichi fights - he loads up his puppets with things like guns, canons, shields and anything else he thinks might be useful. All of this is orchestrated through his cursed energy, and the expenditure is minimal. They can be any size/shape but they are mechanical.

* Simple Domain: Clever Kokichi reverse engineered Miwa's Simple Domain technique, and created four charges. There likely is no limit to how many charges he can use, it just so happens that was how many he had. Simple Domain cancels the effect of any domain, protecting the user. Simple, but powerful. With his charges he can use it both to attack the soul, and protect himself. It should be noted this is probably not the only technique he could reverse engineer if he put his mind to it, and gets exposed to one enough.

Role: Myth
Role Qualities/Attributes: Initially, Kokichi will have slightly pointed teeth and nothing else. When he gets overwhelmed/over emotional, his fingernails elongate into claws and horns appear to grow out of his head, twisting and curling like a spiral. The transformation ends with a thin pointed tail. The consequences of manifesting these traits will last a few hours (unless he learns to control it). He will be able to see in the dark, have quicker reflexes, and sense danger approaching.

Role Reasoning: Kokichi's actions and reasoning can be understood as his desperation grew, his actions were almost entirely self-serving. He was acting to get out of a terrible situation, yes, but it was only for his own benefit. He was willing to sell out his allies and the people he cared about to get what he wanted. While he definitely had ultimately good intentions - he definitely was not acting in an altruistic way. Whether or not he would've redeemed himself, we'll never know due to his quick demise. He was naive and he thought he could handle the consequences, so he was also some level of arrogant. He was just wrong, and he got played. He knew that people might not forgive him, but he did it anyway.

What was the most traumatic experience your character endured? How did this change them?

The single biggest traumatic experience of his life is his Heavenly Pact. Decided before he was born, he was born with one of the most powerful abilities to store his energy to insane levels - but the trade off was severe disability and illness. It completely dominated his life, he remained in a windowless room to avoid the light and spent his entire life on life support, prior to his final moments.

His isolation when younger was fairly complete. Due to his needing so much help, he was taken from his parents at a very young age so he could be monitored by the Elders, hidden away somewhere on the Kyoto school campus. Kokichi's condition and state of affairs left him with a deep seated resentment. He was openly jealous of anyone who got to go out and just be normal, that was all he wanted.

It has led to him being a little socially inept and by the time he was able to attend school with a proxy, he was desperate for some kind of experiences that were somewhat normal. He had friends, at least, and between his distaste for his situation and his drive to be with his friends, especially Miwa, is what ultimately led him to his demise.

Leaving his room was always going to be a shock to the system and he's likely going to be dealing with overstimulation for a little while.

What is the most important and defining relationship(s) in your character's life and why?

The relationships in Kokichi's life are few and far between. He had some connection and contact with his parents, at least to the point that he asked that they be told he died, long before he actually did, to spare them the circumstances he found himself in.

Outside of that, he finally made friends upon entry to high school, albeit through a proxy. He holds deep affection for all of them and he enjoyed spending time just being with them, even if they weren't doing anything important. He would take necessary steps to try and save his friends the heartache of Shibuya, but he was not successful. They proved to be more stubborn than he anticipated.

But, by far, his deepest connection is with Kasumi Miwa. She seemed to be just the sweetest girl, and she always tried to make sure he felt included. It was easy for him to crush on her, and although he never could've met her in his original state, he couldn't help but focus a lot of his attention on her. Some of his favourite moments with her were just sitting together and chatting. He loves her, and she makes him want to be both a better person, and she was a big driver in his decision to make the deal he did. He just wanted to meet her, once. She's the only one he sent his energy to as a personal goodbye, and the person he wished most for her happiness.

If your character could change one thing about their past, what would it be and why? Or why not?

Someone might expect Kokichi would rethink his Binding Vow with Mahito and not give the information, if he's looking back on his life and reflecting - but that isn't true. What drives Kokichi is mainly desperation and Mahito had a cheat that completely fixed all of his problems in one shot. He wouldn't not reconsider selling out Jujutsu society either. For one thing, they deserve it, it's a corrupt horrible institution and he's aware of this and for another he was always planning on bringing people up to date the moment he got out of the situation and killed them.

That didn't happen though.

The thing that Kokichi reflects on the most is how better he could've been to handle the fight. Whether or not he should've prepared more charges of Simple Domain, and what he could've managed to do if he hadn't died. He should've planned for a contingency where contact would be blocked. He didn't and it was a fatal error.

But he doesn't regret what he did, he got what he wanted, he just regrets the outcome.

What would your character sacrifice to get what they want or to reach their potential? What have they sacrificed already?

To reach his entire potential, Kokichi sacrificed his entire life, through immense and deep suffering, as well as giving up his chance at a normal life. The thing is that he would trade it all in a heartbeat.

He's not enamored with the fact he's a sorcerer, like many others he's conflicted, but for him the suffering was not a good trade off. Each and every symptom made him suffer all day every day, for seventeen years.

All he wanted was a normal life and he sacrificed everything to get it. He sacrificed potentially his friends and those he cared about, although he was trying not to do that and safeguard them. Ultimately, he even staked his life on it - and lost.
